Are you ready to live your f*ck yes life?

Hey, HEY, HEY! I'm Amanda (she/THEY)

I’m so happy you’re here, love.

Whether you’re here ‘cause you found me online as that relationship anarchist artist writer queerdo, you’re seeking somatic mentorship and community support, you’ve read my book, I Chopped Off My Tits or listened to my podcast, Live Your F*ck Yes Life (RIP!) or however — welcome to my little cozy corner of the internet.

Here, we revel in shedding the shoulds and coming home to ourselves, whatever that looks like for our individual timelines and journeys. Maybe that looks or is looking like coming into your sexuality or gender expression later in life, feeling pulled to or exploring the concepts of non monogamy and/or polyamory, or maybe, you’ve been in therapy for years and are fucking tired of still navigating the panic attacks, toxic relationship patterns, chronic health issues & PTSD.

That’s certainly what it was and has been for me and it’s why I love doing what I do as a an artist, a writer and a somatic mentor.

Here with you and for you, in the mess and the magic of it all. Dive in and stick around, if you’re curious and it feels good to your heart.

Who the fuck am I?

I think it’s wildly important to know who the lens, biases, privileges and life experience of anyone I interact with in any type of way, so I’d be remiss to not start with my own:

  • I am a white, gender non conforming woman (she/they)

  • I am second generation antizionist Jewish Canadian and come from an immigrant family of Eastern European, Ashkenazi Jewish descent and a lineage of Holocaust survivors, currently living in the United States

  • I grew up in a self made, upper class household and am lower class now

  • I am a so fucking queer

  • I am a divorced, ambiamourous relationship anarchist

  • I have a significant history of trauma and exist in a body with that occasionally has ptsd responses

  • I am 8 years into my eating disorder recovery journey

  • I have the BRCA 1 gene mutation & had a preventative double mastectomy in 2018

  • My first language is English & I speak fluent French and conversational Spanish

Career wise, I’ve work as a trauma informed mentor, writer and facilitator — I’ve been mentoring & facilitating since 2016 — and as an artist, actor and storyteller for the better part of two decades. In 2018, I launched my podcast, Live Your F*ck Yes Life — the space to be for conscious conversations and candid shares around shit nobody really fucking talks about. In 2019, I shared my journey of navigating a preventative double mastectomy at the age of 27 in my self published book, I Chopped Off My Tits. And I’ve spent the last few years facilitating and supporting folks in many ways including as an embodied & somatic mentor with my 1:1 clients, with my monthly Fuck Yes support groups & occasional workshops and trauma informed peer support sessions.

ALL SO THAT YOU TOO CAN SHED THE SHOULDS & LIVE YOUR FUCK YES LIFE — ‘CAUSE YO DESERVE IT.

I Believe...

  • Everyone deserves access to trauma informed care & support.

  • Laughter & play is the best medicine.

  • When we decide to listen to our deepest knowing and embrace who we really are, everything falls into place in a magical way.
